Benson Signs was proud to supply both external and internal signage for the UK headquarters of Sobha Realty, a Dubai-based luxury property developer. The office is located on Park Lane in Mayfair, one of London’s most prestigious addresses.
We were first contacted by Sobha Realty in late 2018 with a request for a quotation for their external signage. Their architect was already familiar with our work and trusted us to deliver a high-end finish while meeting strict deadlines. Once our quotation was accepted, we prepared detailed drawings and submitted a planning application, which was subsequently approved.
External Signage Supplied
By early 2019, we had completed the external installation, which included:
- High-level spacer-mounted letters with LED canopy illumination
- Custom projecting signs
- Chemically etched steel plates
- Bronze-coated panels applied to window sills
- Large letters bonded to glass for a sleek, contemporary finish
Internal Signage and Display Package
Following the completion of the external signage, we were invited to supply internal signage and display components for the building’s ground floor. This involved translating the client’s brief and architectural drawings into practical manufacturing solutions all within a tight timeframe.
We had just eleven days to redesign, manufacture, and install the internal signage in time for Sobha Realty’s grand opening. Despite the complexity, the project was delivered on schedule.
Internal Signage Supplied
A wide variety of bespoke components were produced for the interior, including:
- A large halo illuminated feature letter and copper lettering
- Suspended banners
- Acrylic graphic display panels, mounted to floor-to-ceiling steel rods
- Digitally printed wallpapers overlaid with superimposed acrylic graphics
- A large aluminium feature wall with inset illuminated graphic details
- Glass partition manifestations for privacy and branding
Installation was completed over the course of three days and finalised ahead of the launch event.
